The Man behind RED Health Air Ambulance

Driven by a profound sense of duty and dedication to public service, Prabhdeep is wholeheartedly committed to serving the nation as a distinguished medical leader. Following the successful completion of a comprehensive five-year integrated study program in B Pharma and MBA at the esteemed Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai, Singh embarked on a professional journey with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. Over the course of five years, he contributed to strategic projects encompassing various healthcare sectors across Brazil, Mexico, and the US. His second MBA at INSEAD in France, opened doors to a lucrative position at the prestigious Boston Consulting Group in Brazil.

In 2016, Prabhdeep Singh co-founded StanPlus in Hyderabad. Joining him in this venture were his fellow INSEAD classmates, Antoine Poirson and Jose Leon, who have now parted ways with the company.

“Our team uses GIS to connect to the closest ambulance to the patient, reducing the estimated time of arrival by 60% and turnaround time by 90%. The objective is to reduce the number of casualties and enable patients to receive adequate treatment within the ‘Golden Hour’, a crucial 60-minute period following a traumatic injury where prompt medical intervention can greatly enhance survival rates,” says Singh, founder and CEO,  Red Health.

RED Health Air Ambulance

This air ambulance service aims to save lives in regions with limited access to adequate medical facilities. It covers an extensive range of over 550 cities, enabling efficient patient transfers to specialized medical centers, especially in emergencies. Backed by a team of qualified critical care professionals and a fleet equipped with advanced medical equipment, Singh envisions Red Health’s initiative as a significant stride towards establishing a comprehensive emergency healthcare service, reminiscent of the revered “911” system within the Indian healthcare landscape.
